What we build
Custom Business Systems
For small teams with deep expertise and no IT department.
A custom business system is software built around the way your organisation already works, rather than a product you adapt your work to fit. In practice it is usually a combination of four things: one trustworthy place for your information, automation for the repetitive parts of the week, connections between the tools you already pay for, and purpose-built screens for the work that is specific to you. The aim is a single current picture of your business that your whole team can rely on.
We build these for organisations with real expertise and no technical staff. Specialist professional practices, associations, clinics, schools, agencies, nonprofits, and family businesses running several locations. These are the markets large software companies skip, so the tools sold to them are either cut down enterprise products or blank platforms that expect you to build the thing yourself. You know your work. We handle the technology, and you never have to become a software person to run your own business.
What does a custom business system actually give you?
Everything in one place
All your information lives somewhere reliable, so everyone works from the same current picture.
building the system your information lives inThe busywork, handled
The repetitive tasks that eat your team’s day run quietly in the background instead.
handing the repetitive week to a systemYour tools, finally talking
Information entered once shows up everywhere it is needed, with no double entry.
connecting the systems you already pay forRelationships tracked your way
Members, patients, cases, and clients followed on your rhythms rather than a sales pipeline.
a record shaped around your relationshipsScreens built for your work
The parts of your operation nobody sells software for, made simple enough to use on day one.

Do we need all of it at once?
No, and starting that way is usually a mistake. Most of the organisations we work with begin with the one thing costing them the most time, get it running, and add the next piece once the first has proved itself.
Building everything before anyone uses anything is how these projects run long and quietly stop being about the original problem.
What if the software we already have mostly works?
Then keep it. Replacing working software is expensive and disruptive, and it is rarely where the real problem sits. More often the tools are fine on their own and the cost is in the gaps between them, where a person is doing the joining up by hand.
We would rather remove that manual work than sell you a replacement for something you already know how to use. If the honest answer is that you need less than you thought, you will hear it on the first call.
Who will we actually be working with?
Pierce and Tyler, directly. No account managers, no handoffs, and no middlemen. A father and son with more than 30 years of combined experience, turning messy operations into simple, dependable systems since 2020.
That is also why we take on a limited number of projects at a time. You get the people who build the thing, which is only possible if there are not too many of you at once.
Let's talk
Not sure which of these you need?
Most people are not, and that is fine. Start with a free workflow review and we will tell you where the quickest win is, with no pressure and no obligation.
